Returns :We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at unycorn.store@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item back. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item. Non-Returnable Items - Gift cards - Perishable goods - Personal care items (for hygiene reasons) Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong product. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they've been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible — once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
